The Seychelles Tourism Board Manager for the Nordics market, Ms. Karen Confait kicked off the new year by attending the MATKA Trade & Consumer fair in Helsinki, Finland held from the 19th - 22nd January 2017. She was joined on the fair by STB’s Senior Marketing Executive Ms. Stephanie Lablache, Mrs. Christine Ozouf from Air Seychelles & representatives from Air Berlin, Ms Anna-Maria Kirchner, Mr Jan Anderstedt and Ms Laura Kaijanto.
Organized annually in January in Helsinki, Finland, Matka Nordic Travel Fair is the largest travel industry event in Northern Europe with more than 1000 exhibitors from 80 different countries participating.
Annually the event is visited by more than 50.000 consumers and almost 20.000 travel trade professionals.
